The Olidata Group SpA, through its subsidiary Sferanet Srl, after successfully completing Phases I and II, has also been awarded Phase III of the PCP (Pre-Commercial Procurement) tender for the TIQUE project, which aims to provide rapid response and assistance through an integrated care model for individuals with advanced heart failure.
With funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme, the TIQUE project aims to develop an innovative platform capable of optimising and monitoring the entire care process, ensuring maximum patient satisfaction.
This platform will facilitate the exchange of information between medical staff at various clinical levels, including doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, promoting behaviours to improve patients’ quality of life. Thanks to this platform, personalised lifestyles will be proposed for each patient, taking into account their specific individual problems.
Consortium and Role of Sferanet
The consortium involved in the TIQUE project consists of: Izertis (Lead Partner), Sferanet, Additum Blockchain and HumanITcare.
The project will be implemented in several locations, including the Fundación de Gestión Sanitaria del Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Spain, the Azienda Sanitaria Locale di Avellino in Italy and the Region Västerbotten in Sweden.
In this context, Sferanet and the consortium members will collaborate in the field to carry out cutting-edge research and development activities, ensuring cohesion between the technological and organisational components. Sferanet’s mission is to ensure that the integrated care model is flexible and adaptable to the different technologies and systems used by the healthcare facilities involved, promoting the adoption of advanced technologies for the monitoring and prevention of heart disease.
Future perspectives
With the awarding of Phase III, the TIQUE project is set to continue its mission of revolutionising the care of patients with advanced heart failure. Through collaboration with international partners and the adoption of state-of-the-art technological solutions, a significant reduction in hospitalisations and a marked improvement in patients’ quality of life are expected.
Sferanet is excited to participate in this ambitious project, which strengthens international partnerships and positions the Olidata Group as a reference in the AI and Healthcare fields. This project not only represents a quantum leap in healthcare, but contributes to a transformation of European healthcare systems towards a more efficient, integrated and patient-centred model.
