Each partner will be provided with specific training courses to gain in-depth knowledge of our technologies from both a commercial and technical point of view. These will take place in videocalls or at a partner location, and will be supported by presentations, white papers and sales scripts. In addition to the training, Sferanet DWC LLC will provide support for the preparation of traditional and digital marketing materials and campaigns, and sales initiatives. Discretionary marketing funds are also made available to co-invest in business development. Partners have web-based access to sales and marketing information and content, as well as different levels of discounts and incentives depending on target and results. Partners also have access to our opportunity registration systems, so that each partner’s business activities are protected and their business development work is safeguarded. Finally, our partners have the possibility to offer customers first-class software support if they consider this to be an area of interest to them, or to rely on Sferanet DWC LLC’s customer service.
