Merger
Today the Board of Directors of Olidata and the Board of Directors of Sferanet S.r.l., a company controlled by Olidata with a 51% shareholding, approved, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 2501-ter of the Italian Civil Code, the merger project for the incorporation of Sferanet into Olidata.
On 1/08/2024, the merger by incorporation of Sferanet Srl into Olidata SpA was made effective.
